Happy to welcome Liza for a Razor sidemount setup.
•
The Razor system is built around a one-size-fits-all concept, with many possibilities once it is properly fine-tuned. It is not an “off the shelf” setup, the real value is in taking the time to make it work for the diver.
Learning to use the right tools, set up properly in a streamlined and user-friendly way, is the key to comfortable, relaxed dives that are more efficient and safer.

Now time to enjoy some sidemount dives in the cenotes :)

Being a diver means exploring new underwater territories. With a Diver Propulsion Vehicle, that range expands even further.
Scooter diving is not only fun; it also allows divers to cover greater distances with less effort, improve efficiency, and carry additional gear while maintaining control and awareness.
The GUE DPV Level 1 course introduce divers to the essential skills, procedures, and knowledge required to safely use DPVs in open water environments. It is the ideal course for anyone interested in using one of the most efficient and enjoyable tools available to divers.

Congratulations to Michael, Rupert, and Jonathan on completing a full week of GUE Technical Fundamentals training.
•
A solid week of refining the basics that matter: buoyancy, trim, propulsion, team awareness, gas sharing, valve drills, ascent control, and the kind of consistency that becomes the foundation for everything ahead.
Tech Fundamentals is never just about “passing skills.” It is about building cleaner habits, better awareness, and a more reliable team in the water.

Well done, team. Strong work, steady progress, and a solid step forward 👊

David began training with us in 2020 and progressed steadily through Intro to Tech, Cave Diver, Multi-Stage Cave Diver, DPV Tech Diver, and now Cave DPV Diver.
He’s put in the time, gained experience, and stayed committed every step of the way.
We’re proud to see him reach this milestone. Congratulations, David, well earned!

A cavern view shaped by the jungle above, where fallen trees add their own architecture to the dive.
Cenote Carwash never cease to amaze us.

Looking for a teammate for an upcoming Essentials class with our instructor Freya — June 11–14, 2026.
•
This introductory class into the world of technical diving has the objectives to master your fundamentals, learning how to use a redundant system (Double cylinder back mount) with a DIR / Hogarthian configuration, new procedures for problem solving and emergencies and acquire the disciplined and knowledgeable mindset of a Tech Diver to feel more confident and in control.
This course can also be conducted in a single back mount configuration for those wanting to decompose in more steps their progression.
Tech divers should definitely consider this program as a transition from one redundant system to another, to refresh their skills or get an update on the latest procedures.

Playa del Carmen is the perfect place to get this intro training: with its open water cenotes, sinkholes and reef wall diving, there are plenty of wonderful spots to practice your technical diving skills.
