We live surrounded by pools, lakes, the ocean, rivers, and cenotes.

Swimming is not just about moving arms and legs. It’s about safety, autonomy, and true confidence in the water.

We are Silvia and Miguel, leaders and coaches with experience in water safety and swimming education.

We are expert coaches in swimming and water safety for babies, children, adults, parents, and teachers.

For 12 years, we ran a swimming school in London, training not only students, but also instructors and teaching teams.

We are now based in Playa del Carmen, in Playacar, and we offer:

💦 Floating and survival skills, even fully clothed
