Hello and greetings. I’m proud to offer a one day yoga retreat right in the heart of Colosio, PDC at the Honey B Rooftop Sat August 23rd, 630am-630pm. It is action packed and will engage you physically, mentally and most importantly spiritually. Many of my favorite facilitators from Playa will be joining me and offering their expertise. The highlights of the day will be gaining first hand knowledge of the second state of consciousness and how to access this deeply healing modality in your life. Additionally as a group we will explore the power of music and singing/chanting to reach theta brain wave states. An optional Tepezcohuite private in a safe supportive environment will cap off an incredible day of experiences I have crafted for the ambitious yogi.
