In this workshop, we’ll explore the 8 limbs of yoga — the classical path described by Patañjali in the Yoga Sūtras.

It begins far beyond the physical practice: how you act → how you relate to yourself → body → breath & energy → senses → attention → meditation → absorption.

A practical look at an ancient framework — and what it can mean in real life today.
