The purpose Joseph Pilates developed his fitness method was: to give people a way to achieve “True Health”. He defined true health as “the attainment and maintenance of a uniformly developed body” with a well balanced “holy trinity” of Body, Mind and Spirit. In this modern society is what we need the most. He was ahead of time with his method. Every day when I teach I admire and respect more his method.
I’ve been teaching Classical Pilates for 22 years, it’s been a beautiful Journey of learning, teaching and always looking a way for learning. In SEPTEMBER 2005 Studio C opened its doors in the City of Querétaro, Mexico. 🇲🇽 One of my favorite teachers since 2005 inspired and taught me of our responsibility for keeping the Method alive by keeping the Legacy. So here I am… looking forward for many years to come teaching and learning 💫 Thank You to all of our clients that have been in this journey with us growing together 🙏🏼💫✨🌟 thank you .gpl and my family ❣️❣️❣️

Topic: “Bone rhythms of Pelvic Half in Open Chain” was the topic for my Final Exam to become a Franklin Method Level 1 Licensed teacher, it was a very interesting Journey discovering how the body moves: the Bone Rhythms, learning directly from Eric Franklin and his Faculty Team. It was a seven month of learning, teaching… how amazing the body moves, and if we move correctly the body has the ability to repair itself. Using the Franklin Method in my Pilates teaching has bring me amazing results. Imagery is a great tool
to understand and teach how our body moves.
