Turns out the sub yoga teacher got lost....so I taught the class today. Guess I just got myself a yoga gig! The Universe certainly was manifesting for me!

Outdoor yoga space. So grateful!

Hello Yoga friends!
I am back in FL for a short visit to pack up the rest of my home and belongings. It has been a busy few weeks for sure. I would love to connect and do some yoga together if we get a warm day for an outdoor practice! Love to hear from you!

Tuesday and Thursdays 9:30 am Cardio Sculpt.

Members and all staff are required to wear a mask. Super safe and really great group of peeps!!
