Micro-dosing has been such a HUGE support for me as I’ve navigated big transitions over the last year. Exaclty one year ago, my work with mushrooms helped me gain the clarity and strength to finally leave a toxic long term relationship, and exactly one month later I was opening my own full time retreat center, Sanadora Sanctuary! I can’t say it’s always so dramatic 😅 (thank goodness!) but the practice has continued to help me gain clarity, feel connected to Self and Source, feel more grounded, open, and supported in general. If you’ve ever wanted to experience the bigger picture of micro-dosing, we are here to support you. Our Sanctuary and community was blessed this weekend by the presence of a beautiful Reiki Master, Laurence Fontaine of CDMX, sharing the teachings, practices, and initiations in this life-enriching spiritual and healing art. Violeta was happy to serve as a demo for offering Reiki to animals 🥰😍💜🦄

On a personal note, when I received my certificate, I noticed the date was September 1, which was the birthday of my precious youngest sister who is now a beloved ancestor. Although it was not intentional, this could not have been a more perfect way to honor her, and the ways that she called forth the healer within during my own life path. A big reason Sanadora Sanctuary exists as a sanctuary for healing!

An hour later I learned from my other sister , who is a healer herself, completed her Reiki I way back in 1999, on September 1st.

And then the moth, in Sara’s favorite colors … I’ve never in my life seen a yellow moth with pink markings! 💖🪽🌼
