Patricia Niño starts 1hour Hatha yoga class this coming week at Shiva Luna! Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 7am, 100mxn per class, discounted monthly fee.

I'm happy to announce that Shiva Luna - Yoga & Breathwork in San Miguel de Allende is open again. Lisa Kolokoff is teaching a Total Body Sculpt class Mondays 5p-6p, and Patricia Niño will start teaching Hatha yoga classes in the coming weeks. Stay tuned for class schedules. I'm sad to report that, for now, Shiva Luna studio is closed indefinitely. It was beautiful serving our amazing San Miguel community. I'll post it here when I decide what to do. In the meantime, enjoy the recorded classes on our Videos page - Jyothi Panicker is a great teacher!

I will be taking a break from teaching my online classes through Shiva Luna- Yoga & Breathwork from tomorrow (Wednesday 23/09) . I will be going in for knee surgery and will need time to heal and recover.
