Dolly Parton may not have been a scuba diver, but she shared something very close to our hearts at Jungle Divers: a deep love for the natural world and a special connection to water.

Speaking about her beloved Smoky Mountains, she once said:

Anyone who loves the ocean understands that feeling. There is something about being in the water that is difficult to put into words — the sounds, the movement, the peace, and the feeling of becoming part of the world beneath the surface.

From the mountains of Tennessee to the reefs of Cozumel, that connection to nature is something worth carrying forward.

Many of you have seen recent reports about travelers experiencing unexpected Customs inspections involving cameras, dive equipment, drones, and other personal items.

We’ve been informed that there has been a recent change in Customs leadership, and we sincerely hope these situations become much less common.

However, our philosophy has always been simple: it’s better to be prepared than to leave our guests worrying.

If something unexpected happens at the airport, you won’t be on your own.

We’re just a phone call away.

If you encounter an issue with Customs upon arrival, we’ll arrange for one of our trusted local professionals to meet you directly at the airport and assist you through the process, helping you reach the quickest possible resolution.

Hopefully, you’ll never need this service—but if you do, you can count on us to be there.
