Save the date for YOGA DAY 2013 Saturday 9-2 pm, January 19, 2013!
Be a part of the fun, funky atmosphere at Toledo School for the Arts for Yoga Day 2013! Make new friends and meet old ones for yoga classes in this terrific space with skyline views of downtown Toledo. With 16 different classes there’s something for everyone, whether you’re young, old, new to yoga or an experienced practitioner. From chair yoga and restorative yoga, to challenging sweaty vinyasas, to meditation, you’ll find your perfect class and get a chance to meet area teachers.
Doors open at 8 AM. Bring a mat if you have one (some will be available). Water and light snacks available. Free, secure parking off 15th street between Adams and Madison. Tickets $20 at the door $10 with student ID. This will be our biggest Yoga Day yet!

I'm doing the New Years 30 day Yoga Tampa Bay Challenge! Please join me in this!- Just practice yoga 5 times a week for a month, at any studio or at home, post your classes and comments!!!
