This is our member of the Month for March.
He has earned his physical results through daily discipline and consistency in the gym.
He is an educated man.
He is a family man.
And he knows the meaning of delayed gratification.

Soy César Mateo, tengo 46 años.

Me dedico a la venta y distribución de acero en Tijuana y Rosarito. Más que vender material, me gusta saber que proporciono soluciones en acero para quienes construyen todos los días. Creo en el trabajo bien hecho, en cumplir y en generar confianza, porque así es como se construyen relaciones duraderas.

El gimnasio y el box se volvieron parte esencial de mi vida. Con el tiempo entendí que la disciplina no solo se aplica en los negocios, también en el cuerpo y en la mente. Entrenar me ha dado energía, enfoque y carácter. Me recuerda que la edad no es un límite; es experiencia acumulada y una nueva oportunidad para seguir creciendo.

A los 46 años no se trata de competir con nadie. Se trata de superarse, de cuidarse y de llegar fuerte a cada etapa que viene.

Mi mayor motivación es mi familia. Por ellos trabajo, entreno y busco ser mejor cada día.

Porque al final, el verdadero éxito no solo se mide en resultados…
Se mide en el ejemplo que dejamos.

It is a little bit late of a post.
We got backed up for the holidays and for the new year.
However, that being said. This was our "Member of the Month" for January.
We selected this guy because the improvements he has made, the mobility he has gained back, and the muscle he has put back on.
It truly is amazing to watch him and his determination.
Thanks Eduardo, you are inspiration to us all.
