If you ask me what the most important things I experienced at ZIN Academy were, I can say without even thinking or hesitating:

🙌🏻 the power of community.
💃 the power of music and dance.
✨the inspiration in every person I met and had a chance to connect with.

One day of learning… is it a lot? According to the amount of content we got as Zumba instructors - YES. I wish I could squeeze more into my mind 😅

But if we’re talking about the emotional part - I couldn’t get enough. This experience was heart-filling and healing in so many ways.

I appreciate everyone who stopped by to say hi, who shared your support and love, who gave everything you could “here and now” while dancing together, who was kind, respectful, and mindful.

I’m still trying to process and analyze all the experience. I can’t put all my thoughts together yet, and my emotions are so much bigger than I can express…
