Double the trouble = double the fun

This was the whole week in a nutshell for Linda and Abi during their GUE Cave 1 class with Ivo!

The “Pink Power” team had an incredible week refining their cave diving skills and adding the GUE methodology to their already impressive toolkits.

It was a pleasure to see you both improve in every possible way throughout the week. Great teamwork, great attitudes, and plenty of fun along the way!

There's a saying about old dogs and new tricks...
Kyle decided that after 20 years of BM cave diving, it was time to try sidemount.
A fun week of training with Abi was finished off with a couple days of stage diving, and here they are discussing different gas planning perspectives, with a little recalculation and a "killed stage" just for fun.

Gary is officially part of the FATHOM Dive Systems family.

Watching you learn the MK5 and improve day after day was pretty impressive. Even better was seeing how far you’ve come from those early days a few years ago. Apparently, we didn’t completely mess you up.

Now you’re off to Chicago to dive the Great Lakes. I guess I’ll have to come visit and see if all that progress survived the move.

Congratulations to Jessie and John on completing GUE Tech 1 with Ivo!

We had a perfectly balanced week of refining skills and managing some mischievous scenarios in the cenotes before moving out to the cozy, warm reefs of Akumal.

Lots of interesting discussions were had, stories were shared, and some great memories were made both in and out of the water.

I should probably head up to the Florida Keys and check out some of those wrecks myself next time? 😉

The carpark at 3D has grown from 2 to 15 spaces, there's a shiny new HP compressor, and the picnic table has expanded a little...
