What are some of your 2022 Health & Wellness goals?
-Mine is to pack on some size this year, 15lbs and hopefully most is muscle mass 😄.
-business wise, I’m bringing back Semi-personal group training and being way more in tune with my online clients. Let’s crush this year!

Power couple!
Online only training clients have a Combined loss of about 35 lbs BUT goal was not to just lose weight, our goal was to lose body fat and gain muscle. We are almost at the 6 month mark.
We’ve lost inches and gained tremendous strength physically and mentally. Confidence is up, Sizes are down and I believe we are in a good spot.
(I forgot to add workouts and they are so consistent that they called me out on it 🤣)

*Life Update*
GF Performance has been a bit quiet for the last month on social media because my wife and I purchased our first home! I added a couple pictures of what we’ve been up to.
-we are pretty much moved in now (except for my gym equipment) so we are back in business! 💪🏾 .
Thanks to my online clients for sticking with me through this process. Let’s continue reaching our goals.
***I have not exercised since September 27, so let’s start this journey back up together.

3 months in on body weight only workouts. Keeping it simple but working out asses off!
•Counting macros
•3x a week bodyweight home workouts
Next phase we will be adding dumbbells!

Structured training plan- having structure will allow you to see trends, progress and it can be tailored to your goals.

Consistency- one of the most important components of fitness. It gives your body time to adapt, develop habits and maintain long term wellness. Extreme workouts and diets may work short term but sometimes may hurt you in long run.

Prioritize Protein- so much to say about this but the tip of the benefits is: maintain lean mass, it’s most thermogenic macro (burns more calories digesting than others), keeps you satiated and many more! 20-30% is what I usually tell clients to eat.

Lift Heavy AF!- not much explanation here, why wouldn’t you wanna be strong?! Toned is a dumb term. Being strong will get you to your physique just the same and believe me you won’t get BULKY! (It will take time a certain training/diet regimen)

Comparing-Most of these IG fit peeps have perfected the angles, the photoshop and the illusion of “perfect physique”. Compare you vs you! Look at all those obstacles you have overcome. Only you know what you’re going through. Not many show the negative habits, flaws and bad days.
