​Last Saturday, I had the pleasure of being invited by Mr. Adnan Mohd Farok, the founder of SAMutiaraDeco, to watch the thrilling match between Penang FC and Sabah FC in Georgetown.

​The match was incredibly entertaining, with great football played by both teams. As someone who truly loves this game, it always excites me to see a stadium packed with passionate fans. The atmosphere was absolutely amazing!

​To make the night even more special, I got to catch up with my good friend, Hasmawi Hassan. It was truly a great night of football, memories, and friendship.

​Wishing the best of luck to both Penang FC and Sabah FC for the upcoming final leg. May the best team win! 🇲🇾🏟️

Hello Malaysia, Hi Kedahans 🇲🇾💚💛

​Years ago, I gave everything I had for the green and yellow jersey, sharing unforgettable moments of victory and joy with all of you. Today, I come to you not to celebrate a win on the pitch, but to share a heavy heart. I never thought the hardest battle of my life would be fought in silence, just trying to survive and feed my family.
​It breaks my heart to write this. I have thought long and hard about whether to make my situation public—a struggle that has been ongoing since 2024. But I have reached a point of total desperation where I can no longer face this alone.

​I am still here in Malaysia, proudly under contract with Kedah Darul Aman FC. However, the crushing truth is that for over two months, I have been left completely abandoned, without any communication or support. The last time I received even a fraction of my salary was on January 10th. Since then, every single attempt to contact the club has been met with silence. There isn't even a physical office I can go to just to plead my case or ask for an explanation.
​It is important to clarify that these unpaid months correspond to my new contract (signed in November 2025), and to make matters heavier, I am still owed several months of unpaid wages from my previous contract.

​While I have waited in silence, my life has become a daily nightmare. I am currently facing serious legal issues back home in Chile that require my urgent attention, but I am completely paralyzed here. I am a father and a provider, yet right now, my family and I are struggling just to get through each passing day. We are lacking the most basic human necessities. We cannot pay our rent, and the pain of being unable to provide for my family’s essential needs is unbearable.

​Through all this darkness, I want to thank the people who have been incredibly kind to me. The support I have received from the fans club has kept me going, and I promise to repay that kindness the moment my situation allows. I will never forget your grace. I also wish to thank to few close friends who always help and support me. I may be a foreigner, but Malaysia is my home. I have swallowed my pride and endured this silence, these hardships, and even humiliating situations because I truly want to work, live, and stay in this beautiful country. I am so proud to be part of it.

​I do not consider myself a legend. I am just a man who gave his heart and soul to Malaysian football and to the state of Kedah. My only wish is to continue giving back, now as a coach.

​I still hold onto hope that my employer, Tan Sri Dr. Mohd Daud Bakar, will contact me, as it has been impossible to reach him for a very long time. I am only asking for the dignity of a direct conversation to resolve this respectfully. I have always treated this club with the utmost respect, and I only ask for that same respect in return.

Today is a very special day as I celebrate the birthday of my beautiful wife and life partner, Soledad Valdes. May God continue to bless you with many more wonderful years ahead.

Thank you for the two beautiful daughters you have given me. You are an incredibly strong woman and the best mother our girls could ever ask for. I am truly grateful for everything you do for our family.
I wish you all the happiness in the world today and always. Here’s to many more years together, especially in this beautiful country of Malaysia, which we are proud to call home.

Today would have been the birthday of my coach, my mentor, and my 'father' — the late Coach Mohd Azraai Khor.

I still remember his voice, his passion, and how he pushed us to believe we could achieve greatness. Under his guidance, we shared moments that will live in my heart forever — moments that made history for Kedah and shaped me as a player and as a person.
