yoga can begin long before we learn what yoga means.

for children, practice looks a little different. there is movement, imagination, balance, breathing, play, curiosity and probably a little chaos too. we are not interested in asking children to perform perfect poses or sit perfectly still. we want them to discover what their bodies can do, learn how to notice how they feel, and experience movement without judgement.

kids yoga with amy creates a space for children to move, explore, breathe and simply be children.

there are drop in classes for kids.
if you have an existing membership, simply use that membership to book for your own kids, your nephews and nieces, or your bestie’s kid.

kids yoga class age is from 6 to 14

there are moments when practising among women simply feels different.

our female only hatha vinyasa class with fatimah i. offers a dedicated environment for women who may feel more comfortable moving, learning and exploring their practice in a women-only space.

the practice itself remains what we believe good yoga should be: thoughtful, progressive, intelligent and grounded in the individual body. strength where strength is useful. mobility where mobility is needed. breath throughout.

no assumptions about what a woman’s practice should look like. no requirement to be flexible, graceful or already experienced.

we talk a lot about longevity. but living longer matters far more when we can continue doing the things that make life ours.

getting up from the floor. carrying groceries. climbing stairs. travelling. playing with grandchildren. maintaining balance. continuing to move through the world with confidence and independence.

komuniti senior yoga is our practice for adults 60+, built around movement that supports strength, mobility, balance, coordination and confidence as we age. not because ageing is something we need to fight, but because our physical

transcend: 300-hour yoga teacher training is designed to build your critical discernment capacity. 🧘🏽‍♀️

instead of giving you more to remember, it trains how you think. you learn how to read bodies beyond surface alignment, how to adjust sequences without losing their purpose, how to progress or regress movements with clarity, and how to explain what you are doing and why. the focus is not on collecting techniques, but on understanding load, function, and structure so your teaching holds under pressure.

the curriculum integrates techniques, anatomy, philosophy, and practicum into one coherent system. you will move through 300 hours of practice and applied training, anatomy and physiology grounded in real movement, yoga humanities that inform modern teaching, teaching methodology, and practicum where you teach, receive feedback, and refine your approach. each component builds on the next so that learning is not fragmented, but cumulative.

led by jen o., ying h., and edward c.; this is a faculty known for precision, depth, and evidence-based teaching. the aim is simple: to help you move from guessing to knowing, from performing to understanding, and from following sequences to building them with intention. this is a certification; one that focuses on recalibration of how you practise, think, and teach.
