BIRTHING BOOTCAMP - An Active Birth Preparation + Preparing for Labour and New Born Care
This class helps you work with your body to get ready for the birth of your baby. This program is designed to help you create more room for the baby, for active labor and more ease in birth.
We will work to improve the health of your pelvic floor and prepare for easy labor and childbirth with minimal/no perennial tear. Early care on the pelvic floor during pregnancy can also help alleviate postpartum pelvic dysfunctions and future incontinence/leaking issues associated with pregnancy.
The FOUR week programme will be held at our studio and is a gentle mind and body connection class for expecting moms, focusing on the Pelvic Floor. Spouse/partners are invited to join the last session to do some exercises that require support.
The programme also includes a four hour interactive talk on Preparing for Labor and New Born Car. Husbands and partners are welcome to join for the talk
