EMDR-Inspired Transformation Coach | Helping High Performers Rewire Patterns, Regulate Their Nervous System & Step Into Expansive Success

Most high performers look successful on the outside yet inside, their nervous system tells a different story. They freeze during important moments. They overthink even when they “should be confident.”
They chase achievement but don’t feel safe enough to rest. A

My first reader finished Spark!

She wrote to me, "It's so authentically you, an effortless read, yet full of wisdom and warmth that stays." Then she told me the part she loved most was "from my chair," because now she knows what I'm seeing from where I sit. ☺️

This encouragement came at exactly the right time, just before launch.

Tomorrow, with the launch this book becomes real to everyone else. 🙏💖

Tonight, it already is. One reader. One quiet message. That's the whole reason I wrote it.

My book arrived yesterday, on the 7th of July, 2026.

I don't know what I'm feeling, holding it. Besides, it really looks nice. 😉

I want to read it like a first time reader. Not the person who wrote it. Someone meeting it for the first time.

And I was quite impressed reading the foreword and the introduction. Reading my own book like that, I felt like: wow, this book really has something in it.

I want to go slowly. Chapter by chapter. Savor it. See what a first time reader would gain from it.
Taking my time to reflect, reading in Titiwangsa. Greens, soft breeze, birds singing. It was so serene.

Yeah! Finally my baby arrived. I now can hold it in my hand! ❤️ On 7.7.2026.

I Write to Know Myself. I Had Forgotten That. 03/05/2026

I shelved my fourth book for two years.

Too busy. Too tired. And honestly, after AI made it sound too clean and my publisher sent it back, a little heartbroken.

Then over the Hari Raya holiday I pulled some books off my shelf, and something cracked open.

Julia Cameron. Anne Lamott. Natalie Goldberg. Books I didn’t buy to become a writer. Books I bought because I loved them.

I realised I had forgotten why I write in the first place.

This week’s newsletter is about that. The forgetting, the finding, and what it means for the book I’m finally ready to return to.

I Write to Know Myself. I Had Forgotten That. My fourth book has been sitting on a shelf for more than two years. Not a physical shelf, though it’s there too, a folder on my desktop, a stack of printed pages with margin notes in three different coloured pens.

The Identity Gap No One Warns You About When You’re Growing 12/02/2026

We often assume fear means we’re not ready.

In the middle of a professional transition, I’ve come to see something different: fear isn’t a flaw in the process it’s information from the nervous system.

This reflection is about what changed when I stopped trying to override fear and began listening to what it was protecting.

Where in your life might fear be asking for attention not elimination?

The Identity Gap No One Warns You About When You’re Growing This morning I woke up successful and still felt small. This isn’t self-doubt.

“Our wounds are often the openings into the best and most beautiful part of us.”

There was a time I wanted to close every crack. To be polished. Composed. Unshakeable.

But healing taught me something gentler.

The places that broke me open
were the very places that let more light in.
More compassion.
More clarity.
More courage.

You are not broken. You’re becoming.

Sometimes the wound is not the end of the story. It is the doorway. 🌿

Where I Choose to Spend My Energy Now 08/01/2026

As I step into a new year, I’m clearer than ever about where my energy belongs.

Where I Choose to Spend My Energy Now At this stage of life, I notice something quietly shifting in me. I no longer feel the same pull to seek validation from people, from work, from outcomes.
