This week I’m back at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) again.

3rd time being invited to conduct a Kokurikulum Swimming Coaching & Train-the-Trainer session for the students.

This time we’re focusing into:
• Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke analysis
• Coaching methodology (how to teach, not just swim)
• How to become an effective swim coach in real-world settings

Over 40+ UPM's students + few existing coaches from and others. We're preparing for the upcoming community swim event this Saturday, 13th June at UPM Pool.

What I really like about sessions like this is..

We’re not just producing swimmers.
We’re shaping future coaches.

They understand, onwhy they pick or use the methods of certain students. If we get this right, the impact multiplies beyond one pool.

Grateful for the opportunity to keep contributing at this level.

Memang selalu time record yang tak jadi🤣 betul tak tipu... Huhu
