We apologise for the lack of post, we have been very busy with the restructuring and upgrading for better experiences and outcomes.

We are very excited to announce our very first strongman clinic/workshop where we we will guide you through a series of strongman routines. Details are in the poster, do share and we hope to see you at KSG this Sunday!

These bunch broke their PRs (3 times for some) in one evening AFTER all the strongman routines it was crazy impressive.

We had a very fun event the other day with 18 participants , we had 11 strong males and 7 strong females all competing for the gold. Routines were tire flips, hammer hold, gripper hold, farmers walk and yoke walk. The intention of this event is introduce this strength sport to the public and also to showcase our facilities, capabilities, equipment and our purpose as a gym.

We hope that with this mini event we will spur interest of this sport in Sarawak and we look forward to have more athletes in our future events.
