From the Turf to the Tide. 🛶🐉
Our Annual Dragon Boat 2026 session wasn't about the intensity of a race—it was about enjoying the payoff.
Beyond our usual training hours, this was a casual session to remind us all why we show up at Fitness Grid every day. We build fundamental strength, core stability, and rowing power so that when we step out into the "real world," we are ready for anything.
Seeing those heavy gym rows translate into raw, synchronized power on the water was incredible. It’s a reminder that we don’t just train to get fit; we train to be capable of enjoying life’s adventures to the fullest.
Thank you to the community for bringing the energy. You proved that the grit we develop in the gym goes wherever we go.

School run in Cheras is a real battle, right? 🚗💨
By 9:00 AM, after fighting the jam on Jalan Cheras and making sure the kids are safe at the gate, you’ve already used up 80% of your daily patience.
Your shoulders feel tight from driving, your lower back is “sore-sore” from carrying bags (and kids), and the mental load of “what to cook later” is already starting. You’ve given everything to the family, but who is looking after YOU?
Here’s the truth I tell all my “Sisters” at the gym: If Mummy is happy and strong, the whole house is happy. 🏠✨
Fitness isn’t about being a bodybuilder. For us, it’s about that Golden Window—the hour between the school drop-off and the grocery run. It’s the only time in the day when you aren’t “Mummy” or “Wife.”
That’s why our SGT System is different. We don’t do those scary commercial gym classes with 40 people. We keep it to 1 Coach : 6 Mums.
