Last weekend, we completed another HYROX Foundation Workshop at 2EZ Training Club Cheras β€” focused on building real performance from the ground up.

This session was designed for beginners to understand the fundamentals of HYROX training, hybrid fitness, and functional performance β€” not just intensity, but how to move efficiently and train with purpose.

Participants learned how to approach HYROX workouts with structure, so they can train smarter and perform better in real race conditions.

This is the difference between just working hard β€”

Angie’s journey was never about loving to run.
