Level up your pickleball game at Cyberview Resort & Spa!

Mastering the fundamentals is the fastest way to dominate the courts at Pickle Garden @ CVR. Swipe through to check out these essential basic techniques:

🟩 Ready Position

Your stance dictates your reaction time! Keep it dynamic depending on where you are:
Neutral Ready Position: Paddle up, centered, and knees slightly bent.
At The Net: Paddle held high and forward for quick volleys.
At The Baseline: Adjusted stance for deep returns and leverage.

🟨 Forehand Vs. Backhand

Build consistency on both sides of your paddle:
Forehand: For power and control on your dominant side.
Backhand: For defending the kitchen line and hitting smooth resets.
