PFSC RUNNERS’ EXCELLENCE REWARD

PFSC is proud to recognise 3 outstanding Male Runners and 3 outstanding Female Runners who have demonstrated exceptional commitment, dedication and contribution throughout the year.
Selection Criteria
* Commitment & Participation – Consistent and active participation in PFSC/Forward training, runs and events.
* Attendance & Discipline – Demonstrates good attendance, punctuality and commitment to scheduled activities.
* Performance & Progress – Shows strong running performance, continuous improvement and dedication to training.
* Team Spirit – Encourages, supports and inspires fellow runners while contributing positively to the team.
* Club Contribution – Actively supports PFSC activities, events and initiatives beyond regular running sessions.
* Sportsmanship & Conduct – Displays discipline, respect, good sportsmanship and represents PFSC with pride.
* Loyalty to PFSC – Demonstrates continued loyalty, commitment and support towards PFSC and its community.
* Overall Excellence – Final selection will consider the runner’s overall attitude, dedication, contribution and commitment throughout the year.
