And just like that holidays are over!
I’ve been silent on the old socials for a while. Took my first proper holiday since starting gem.fit and spent the majority of our holiday with little to no reception in remote wilderness 😍.
Upon getting back, it was family Christmas time followed by a strong dose of the flu/covid (like the majority of Western Europeans seem to have at the moment 🥴).
Buuuuuut yesterday evening I was back baby! And I was rocking and rolling (literally) with my wonderful members enjoying movement in the comfort of our homes on a dark rainy Tuesday night.
It was lovely! And I can’t wait to move with you all throughout 2023 and beyond 💫.

I finished editing this full body river side yoga class! Spring time vibes in the Ardennes, right beside the La Chouffe brewery 🍻.
This is going to drop into The Portal shortly! At twenty minutes, we have time to learn the flow and feel the body open up, but short enough to add into your life without tooooo much hassle 😇🙃.
We have progressions and options throughout, I was super achy after a long hike the day before and loved moving through this in a beautiful setting.
I am confident it will serve you well in your mobility and flexibility goals too with some juicy yogic feels.
