Orient Fitness offers folks who live or work in and around Bayan Lepas & Farlim a 14,000 & 24,000 sq. Our AC-free environment will attract those who prefer exercising and sweating out in natural air after a whole day’s work in air-conditioned workplaces. Located on the 6th floor of Kompleks Pan Palace Plaza Lip sin, this strategic and convenient location enables blue- and white-collar workers alike to exercise before or after work thanks to our long operational hours of 7am-11pm on weekdays and 9am-9pm on weekends. Orient Fitness comes with more than 100 high-end commercial equipments that suit both bodybuilding and fitness enthusiasts alike. Group fitness classes such as Zumba, RPM, TRX, aerobics, pilates, yoga, belly dance, and more are also available with an average of 3-5 classes per day! We are also equipped with hot showers and steam bath for those who wish to clean-up before heading home.
