What you need:
✔ at least 5 years’ experience (blown film or plastics industry such as flexible packaging or similar)
✔ Mechanical & technical skills
✔ Ability to read job orders & follow SOPs
✔ Physically fit & eligible to work in Penang
✔ Fit to work
What we offer:
💰 Basic Salary from RM3500-RM5000 (based on experience)
🕒 5-Days. Normal working hours 8am to 6pm+ overtime.
✅ Competitive pay (incentives and bonus), medical insurance, ASAP start, great team!
📋 Tasks include machine setup, monitoring film quality, adjusting parameters, and troubleshooting.
