We are delighted to announce that the Club will be organizing an exciting “Colorful Guizhou” – 8 Days 6 Nights tour from 22 April 2027 (Thursday) to 29 April 2027 (Thursday).
This exciting journey will take us through Guiyang, Anshun, Xingyi, Kaili and Panzhou, offering a wonderful blend of breathtaking scenery, fascinating ethnic cultures, local traditions and authentic cuisine.
From magnificent mountains and waterfalls to beautiful valleys and unique ethnic villages, Guizhou promises an unforgettable experience for travellers of all ages.

📝 REGISTRATION DETAILS & TERMS
1. Registration opens on 9 September 2026 (Wednesday).
2. A non-refundable deposit of RM1,800.00 per person is required upon registration.
3. The total tour capacity is limited to 60 pax, comprising two groups of 30 pax each.
4. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and will close once all places are filled.
5. The remaining balance must be settled one month before the departure date.
6. Once registration is confirmed, the deposit and tour fare are non-refundable and non-transferable, subject to the Club's terms and conditions.
7. Members are required to provide valid international passport details for travel arrangements.
8. Passport validity must be more than six months from the date of departure.
9. Free travel insurance will be sponsored by the Club for participating members only but subject to the applicable terms, conditions and coverage. Non-Members will have to pay for the insurance premium.
10. The tour itinerary, attractions and sequence of visits may be adjusted by the appointed tour operator due to weather, transportation, local conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
11. The Club reserves the right to make reasonable amendments to the tour arrangements where necessary.

Interested members may register at the Club Office from 9 September 2026 onwards by paying the required RM1,800.00 non-refunded deposit per person.
With only 60 places available, members are encouraged to register early to secure their places.

📝报名详情及条款
1. 报名日期：2026年9月9日（星期三）正式开始。
2. 报名时每人须缴付 RM1,800.00不可退还订金。
3. 本次旅游总名额仅限 60人，分为两团，每团30人。
4. 报名采取先到先得方式，额满即止。
5. 余款须于出发日期一个月前缴清。
6. 报名确认后，所缴付的订金及旅游费用均不予退还或转让，并须遵守本会相关条款。
7. 会员须提供有效的国际护照资料，以便办理相关旅游安排。
8. 护照有效期必须超过出发日期六个月以上。
9. 参加会员将享有免费旅游保险，惟须遵守相关保险条款及保障范围。
10. 如因天气、交通、当地情况或其他不可预见因素，旅行社有需要时可调整行程、景点或参观顺序。
11. 本会保留在必要情况下对旅游安排作出合理调整的权利。
