Dear Participants,

We wish to inform all players of an important update regarding the Bakat Baru categories (Men’s Doubles, Mixed Doubles, and Women’s Doubles) for the Ipoh Cup Charity Tournament.

To uphold fairness and preserve the competitive integrity of the Bakat Baru division, the following eligibility regulation will be implemented:

1. Players who have reached the semi-final stage in any tournament between the years 2020 to 2025 are NOT ALLOWED to pair with another player who has also reached the semi-finals within the same period (2020–2025).

2. If one partner’s semi-final achievement was more than 5 years ago (i.e., before 2020), they are ALLOWED to participate, regardless of whether the other partner has reached the semi-finals within the last 5 years or not.

We kindly request all participants to review and adhere to these guidelines to ensure a fair and consistent standard for all competitors.

We’re thrilled to announce that the *4th IPOH CUP Charity & Invitation Badminton Tournament* will be happening on *20th & 21st December 2025* at the *YMCA Badminton Arena, Ipoh* .

This exciting event is open to players from different states 🌎 , come join us for two fun filled days of competition, sportsmanship, and charity! ❤️
Profits from the tournament will be donated to *PERTUBUHAN KEBAJIKAN KANAK-KANAK BERJASA KINTA, PERAK* , supporting children in need.
