霹雳陈式太极拳体育会端午节午餐 [28-06-2026 星期日 上午十一点]
粽叶飘香，又是一年端午佳节。本会第二次举办的“端午节午餐庆祝活动”，吸引了近七十位会员、家属及嘉宾齐聚一堂。霹雳番禺会馆团员在会长徐羽南先生和副会长崔泽劬先生率领下莅临交流。我们的前任会长拿督邱耀权先生、霹雳清远会馆会长黎金全先生携夫人邱詞称女士亦拨冗光临，共襄盛举, 为活动增添光彩，充分展现社团之间互相支持、促进文化交流的友谊精神, 为端午佳节注入了浓浓的乡情与凝聚力。借此佳节, 我们也希望能够把太极拳和中华文化推广去各华人社团, 发扬光大, 将太极拳的薪火世代相传。
活动开始，首先由署理主席郭浩文先生率先致欢迎辞, 为活动拉开序幕。接着会长拿督李锐泉医生宣布了一项振奋人心的计划：体育会将于2026年11月8日组织“陈家沟寻根之旅” 。他详细介绍了在陈家沟为期五天四夜的行程，鼓励会员们亲赴太极拳发源地，追溯文化根源。这一行程将包含西安等地十天及陈家沟观光考察团的核心亮点，带引会员走进太极发源地、探访祖祠、感悟经典。
再来, ITA国际技职教育学院（TVET）校长张志坚博士(Dr. Cheong Chee Khing）为大家带来TVET教育专题分享，以及关于蓝领职业技术培训作为职业发展, 让与会者获益良多。有关详情请参考学院的网址 https://itatvetacademy.com/home-en/
午宴期间，金闪鸿运烧猪与端午粽交相辉映; 霹雳怡保青年华乐文化协会 https://www.facebook.com/share/1EP1kJKN5E/ 两位乐师现场演奏优美的中国传统乐器，悠扬的旋律营造出浓厚的中华文化气息。随后，怡保著名书法家陈星卫老师 https://facebook.com/lianzhencalligraphyacademy/ 更在现场挥毫示范中国书法，并特别赠送一副寓意深远的对联予本会: [太极调元气] [端午纳福祥] , 祝愿借着端午的吉庆，用太极的功夫养好身体，好运和健康两样都齐全。
除了文化节目，会员们也欣赏了太极拳活动影片，一边品尝丰盛的自由式午餐, 一边畅谈生活。下午一点钟，活动在道别声中圆满结束。这一天的端午，过得既有滋味又有盼头。
PERSATUAN CHENSHI TAIJIQUAN PERAK DRAGON BOAT FESTIVAL LUNCH (28-06-2026 11.00 a.m.)
The second annual Dragon Boat Festival lunch celebration drew nearly 70 members, families, and guests. The Persatuan Phun Yue Perak (霹雳番禺会馆) delegation, led by President Mr Hsu Yu-nan (徐羽南) and Vice President Mr Chueh Tse-chu (崔泽劬), joined the gathering. Our former President Dato' Hew You Can (拿督邱耀权), and Persatuan Ching Yoon Perak (霹雳清远会馆) President Mr Lai Kim Chuan (黎金全) with spouse Mdm Khoo Chee Ching (邱詞称 ) also graced the occasion, enhancing inter-association friendship and cultural exchange. The event aimed to promote Taijiquan and Chinese culture across Chinese community organisations, ensuring the legacy endures.
The programme began with welcome remarks by Deputy Chairman Mr Kwok HW (郭浩文). Our President Dato' Dr Lee Yow Chon (拿督李锐泉医生) then announced an exciting plan: a "Chenjiagou Heritage Tour" from 8–12 November 2026. He outlined the 5-day, 4-night itinerary in Taijiquan's birthplace, including visits to ancestral halls and heritage sites, plus an extended inclusive 10-day tour covering Xi'an and Chenjiagou, encouraging members to connect with the roots of Taijiquan.
Dr Cheong Chee Khing (张志坚博士), Principal of ITA International TVET Academy, delivered an educational talk on TVET and blue-collar vocational training as a career pathway. Details at https://itatvetacademy.com/home-en/
During lunch, golden roasted suckling pig and rice dumplings took center stage. Two musicians from the Ipoh Chinese Youth Cultural Orchestra https://www.facebook.com/share/1EP1kJKN5E/ performed traditional Chinese instrumental pieces, creating a rich cultural ambience. Calligrapher Mr Tan Seng Wee (陈星卫) https://facebook.com/lianzhencalligraphyacademy/ demonstrated brushwork and presented a couplet to the association: *"Taiji regulates vital energy; Dragon Boat receives blessings and fortune"* – wishing all health and good luck through Taiji practice.
Members also watched Taijiquan activity videos while enjoying the buffet lunch and casual conversation. The event concluded at 1:00 pm, leaving everyone fulfilled and looking forward to future gatherings.

历史重温, 精彩回顾
太极欢歌·月圆人圆——2025年太极中秋联欢晚会
2025年9月28日傍晚，霹雳陈式太极拳体育会的太极堂内张灯结彩，洋溢着一片喜气。晚会开始前, 来宾们便陆续签到入场，彼此拱手问候, 太极堂弥漫着浓浓的节日气氛。
晚上七时正，首先会长拿督李锐泉医生热情洋溢地致欢迎辞。他诚挚感谢各方拳友与嘉宾的到来，并祝愿大家中秋安康、阖家团圆。随后，通过幻灯片, 拿督李详细的介绍太极文化的综合智慧, 本会的使命和愿景, 并简报成立历史和拳会所提供各种主流太极拳课程。 霹雳清远会馆会长黎金全先生也受邀致辞，共话中华传统文化传承之美。过后自由餐会正式启动，美味佳肴与清凉饮品一应俱全，宾客们边品尝美食边亲切交流，场面温馨而热闹。
当晚节目开始, 首先丘士林师傅讲解太极拳与太极操的区别，分析精辟。和丰天才陈式太极拳馆的表演掀起高潮：八位拳友集体表演老架十三式, 动作整齐划一, 刚柔并济；陈式太极扇扇开扇合, 如行云流水；馆长黄镇权师傅的陈式新架, 拳架沉稳、劲力通透。过后赖国培师傅介绍一多庐太极基本功法 (静中动) 十三式, 细说习拳的基本功，并结合多年习拳心得，为在场拳友指明了修习的正道。接着是黄伟民师傅的杨式48式, 动作舒展大方，如行云流水。各项节目表演都赢得在席者的热烈的掌声喝彩。
最热闹的环节当属“有奖猜太极灯谜”游戏。内容融合太极术语与中秋意象。在席者跃跃欲试，现场气氛热烈, 笑声不断。
晚会接近尾声, 月色如水, 太极堂内的温暖与欢乐，萦绕在每个人的心头。大家依依惜别，相约来年再聚。
On the evening of 28 September 2025, the Taiji Hall of the Perak Chenshi Taijiquan Association was festively decorated, guests began to arrive, exchanging traditional greetings amidst a strong festive ambience.
At 7:00 PM, Dato Dr Lee Rui Quan (拿督李锐泉医生), the association’s President, extended a cordial welcome to all guests. He subsequently presented a slideshow on the holistic wisdom of Taiji culture, the association’s mission and vision, as well as its history and the various mainstream Taijiquan courses offered. President Li Jinquan (黎金全) of the Perak Qingyuan Association (霹雳清远会馆) was then invited to speak and he shared on the heritage of traditional Chinese culture. A buffet dinner followed, allowing guests to dine and converse in a warm and lively setting.
The evening’s performances began with Master Qiu Shilin’s (丘士林) incisive explanation of the differences between Taiji and Taiji exercises. The Hefeng Tiancai Chenshi Taijiquan Academy (和丰天才陈式太极拳馆) delivered an outstanding performance: eight practitioners flawlessly executed the Old Frame Thirteen Postures; the Chenshi Taiji Fan flowed gracefully; and Head Coach Master Huang Zhenquan (黄镇权) demonstrated the steady, powerful Chenshi New Frame. Master Lai Kok Pooi (赖国培) then introduced YiDuoLu (Movement in Stillness) Thirteen Poses, and elaborated on fundamental Taiji skills, drawing on his years of experience to guide practitioners toward proper training. Subsequently, Master Huang Weimin (黄伟民) performed the Yangshi 48-form Taijiquan with expansive, fluid movements. Each performance garnered enthusiastic applause.
The most spirited segment was the prize quiz on Taiji lantern riddles, which creatively combined Taiji terminology with Mid-Autumn imagery. The audience participated eagerly, creating a lively atmosphere filled with laughter.
As the gala concluded, the warmth and joy of the festival pervasively lingered in the Taiji Hall. Guests bid farewell and promised to reunite the following year.
