This past year has been tough, really really tough. It hit many of us hard, taking lives of our loved ones, but still we must remain hopeful & persevere through this pandemic with the rest of Malaysia. ๐ฒ๐พ ๐ช๐ป
Letโs us all be patient & rational . Our responsibility is to prioritize ours & others health, safety, livelihood & help those in need whenever we can.
31st August, 1957
Remember, at this time 64 years back, together we Malaysians came together as one & won our independence as a country.
We did it once , we will be able to win this fight again, as ONE!
Sending all Malaysians prayers for good health, & letโs walk ourselves towards a better & more prosperous future!

Good Morning Everyone! โ
Recipe Of The Day
Recipe Name: Grilled Mackerel
Serving: 1
Cal: 221

Ingredients:
โข 2 tablespoons Korean chili paste
โข 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
โข 1 tablespoon canola oil
โข 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
โข 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
โข 2 whole mackerel (about 1 1/2 pounds each) or 4 whole rainbow trout (about 5 ounces each), cleaned and butterflied.
Directions:
1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the chili paste, oil, soy sauce, vinegar, and ginger until smooth. Set aside 2 tablespoons marinade in a small bowl.
2. Each fish should be opened like a book to expose the meat. Spread the leftover marinade over the meat in a big pan or on a baking sheet. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
3. Preheat the grill to high or start a charcoal fire about 20 minutes before you're ready to grill.
4. Clean the grill rack with a brush and generously oil it. Grill the fish for 3 minutes, flesh side down. Flip the fish with a large spatula and continue to cook until the centre is opaque, about 3 to 4 minutes more.

Recipe Of The Day
Recipe Name: Blueberry Muffins
Serving: 4
Cal: 204
Fats: 14.6g
Carbs: 14.9g

Ingredients:
โข 1 ยพ cups almond flour
โข ยผ cup coconut flour
โข 1 tablespoon baking powder
โข ยผ teaspoon baking soda
โข ยผ teaspoon salt
โข 1 cup blueberries
โข 3 large eggs
โข ยฝ cup reduced-fat milk
โข โ
cup plus 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
โข ยผ cup avocado oil
โข 1 ยฝ teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius). Using cooking spray, generously cover a muffin tray.
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Toss in the blueberries. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the eggs, milk, brown sugar, oil, and vanilla. Combine the wet and dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. 1/4 cup batter per muffin cup.
3. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until gently browned around the edges and a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean. Allow for 20 minutes of cooling in the pan on a wire rack. Remove from the tin by running a knife around the edges and let to cool completely.
