Unfortunately, we have to annouce that DFC will stop operating all classes in our gym.

This is effective by: Monday 13 May 2024

This decision has been one of the hardest one we have made so far.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and our team appreciates your understanding.

Dynastic Fitness gym open as usual 🏋️‍♂️ on 15th February (Monday). DYNASTIC FITNESS将在下星期一 (初四) 照如常时间营业‼️

Mon - Friday : 8am - 10pm
Sat : 9am - 9pm
Sun : 9pm - 9pm

❌ All fitness classes still under prohited.
❌ 所有fitness课程还不被允许开放。
❌ Shower, steam room or sauna facilities will remain CLOSED. However, the toilets and locker facilities will be open for use.
❌ 淋浴，蒸汽浴室或桑拿设施将保持关闭。但是，厕所和储物柜将开放使用

——————⚠️IMPORTANT⚠️——————
1. Ensure to SCAN MySejahtera QR code when entering DFC.请扫描 MySejahtera 才被允许进入健身房。

2. Ensure screening of temperature before entering DFC. 请测量体温才被允许进入健身房。

3. The premise is limited to 30% capacity from total space of FITNESS CENTRE, which is about NOT MORE THAN 30 members in one time. 健身房将限制会员人数于［不超过 30 人］在同一个时间。

4. Non authorised users/ members who has finished the gym workout, are not allowed to stay in the premise. 不相关健身会员/已健身完毕的会员不允许逗留在健身房。

5. Social distancing of 1-2m in the premise. During activity (1m-3m Static, 3m - 5m Dynamic). 健身会员请务必时刻保持自身距离。

6. MUST wearing your mask all the time BEFORE started workout & AFTER finished your workout during at DYNASTIC FITNESS premises. 健身会员请务必全程带上口罩，除了正在进行训练期间。

7. DYNASTIC FITNESS MANAGEMENT has the right to stop any members who are not follow the SOP, entering the gym premises. 面对没有跟随 SOP 的健身会员，DFC 行政有权阻止踏进健身房。
