One of the excitement in Walking Football4Health Global is that we train. We don't just come together to play. We train. Training to improve our health, fitness and performance. And for speedy recovery in rehab, for those with prior injuries or for those with medical conditions. Training to play together as a team. Identifying team players. Observing good/talented players who starred in their role but at the same time showing exemplary character when dealing with the rest of the team, which consists of diversified players, spanning from the good players with soccer background to those who have no prior soccer experience and helping them to grow too. After all, walking football is a team sport. A goal is not just an individual win, it's thanks to the Assists, thanks to our teammates who did their job well holding the fort. A goal saved is thanks to the goalkeeper who saved the day, and his teammates who held the fort a while longer for him to get ready for the shot. It's all in unison of a unified objective.
