This is Ms Ng my 52-year-old female student. She had been working at office and had recently recovered from a bone marrow transplant. She wanted to regain her normal functional movement and improve her overall health.
I knew that her recovery required a specific approach, and I customized her workout plan accordingly. I started with basic exercises to rebuild her strength and gradually progressed to more challenging movements.
At first, she struggled with the limited range of motion and fatigue from her recovery, but I was always there to encourage and support her. I made sure she performed each exercise correctly and safely, avoiding any additional strain on her body.
I also educated her on the importance of proper nutrition to support her fitness goals. I explained how a balanced diet and adequate hydration could speed up her recovery and improve her overall health.
She trained with me 3 times a week, and gradually, she felt stronger and more confident. She could see the progress in the mirror and enjoyed the feeling of accomplishment after each session. I continued to push her to reach her full potential while also respecting her limits.
After a few weeks of consistent effort, she started regaining her normal functional movement and felt great both physically and mentally. I was proud of her progress and knew she had worked hard for it. I was also happy to have helped her along the way and to have witnessed her transformation.
Together, we continued to work towards new fitness goals, and she remained committed to leading a healthy and active lifestyle. With my guidance and expertise, she achieve her dream of regaining her normal functional movement.
If I could make that difference to one person's life, that'd be a amazing.

This is the first pillar for us to get to know each other and to have a better understanding of your goals, past fitness experience, limitation and lifestyle.
2๏ธโฃ Assessment
One of the most crucial tips when it comes to coaching is that "assess don't guess". Its important for me to have good view and a good idea of whats the possible limitation that a client might have when it comes to training.
3๏ธโฃ Training Program
As the training program will be update week by week, it's super flexible and up to the clients to tweak what day and time they would like to workout to suit their lifestyle and schedule.
4๏ธโฃ Meal Plan
A good diet comes hand in hand with a good workout plan. Therefore, we have a food journal that comes integrated with your macros to help us keep track of the food that you eat.
5๏ธโฃ Habit coaching
A good habit tends to determine how successful the journey is. Daily Task and basic lifestyle guide would be included to improve or change your daily habits.
6๏ธโฃ Monthly/ weekly consultation
A weekly consultation ensure that we are on track in your goals and keeping our objectives straight. It's easy to be deviated from our goals but a good coaching reminds you of why you started and continue to progress forward.
