Benefits of Tricep Dips
There are many reasons you should incorporate tricep dip into your workouts. Here are just a few:

Strengthens Triceps
Tricep dip targets the tricep muscles directly to help tone and shape the back of your arms. No more saggy, wavy arms. Tricep dips firm and strengthen that entire area.

Strengthens Biceps
Tricep dip focuses mainly on your triceps, but it also incorporates strengthening in the biceps. The arms work as a whole and lifting your bodyweight up and down is great for shaping your arms.

Improves Core Strength and Stability
The dipping and lifting motion of the tricep dip is done primarily with your arms, but in order to have proper form you have to have your core muscles pulled in and tight.

❤️‍🔥 REVERSE PLANK
The reverse plank is a great bodyweight exercise for strengthening your core and your posterior muscles. If you perform the exercise correctly, it will isolate and strengthen not just the gluteal muscles but also your hamstrings, abs and lower back. Aside from achieving a strong core, reverse plank has many other benefits making it a worthwhile exercise. Like the traditional plank exercise, the reverse plank is a bodyweight exercise that is done without equipment.

Alhamdullilah... Another milestones achieved 🤲🏼
1st batch yang ikut Kursus Atas Talian sepenuhnya.. mcm2 s**a duka.. terutama ms nk jawab exam hr akhir.. dh 12 soalan jawab tetb line internet keras 🥶 ms tgl 30 minit.. terpks restart n mula dari awal.. Apapun skrg semua jd kenangan manis.. terima kasih kepada MT Norzila Ariffin, AMT Mizs Watie, AMT Azura yg sgt membntu sepjg kursus dijalankan.. n semua rakan2 kursus, rakan2 nangis bersama di talian 🥰 KBS team, JBS team, semua rakan instruktor n rakan2 sekeliling .. dan plg utama keluarga tercinta .. 💋
