所有团课的器械选择不再分类为reformer或all machines,
将由教练老师们根据人数、课程的编排而决定👍
有几个特定时段(Pilates group class with Cadillac flow✨）
会在课程结束前包括一个花式动作，
想尝试的朋友可选择哦！
当然学生也可以依据状态和能力选择是否参与，
如果不参与也可以专注练习和锻炼哦！😉

After careful discussion, we’re excited to introduce a new approach to our group classes! 🎉🎉

Instead of categorizing classes as Reformer or All Machines, our instructors will now select the equipment based on the class size and lesson plan, creating a more dynamic and enjoyable experience for everyone.

✨ Pilates Group Class with Cadillac Flow
During selected time slots, the class will end with a fun Cadillac Flow sequence featuring a creative movement for those who’d like to give it a try!

*iParticipation is completely optional. You can always decide based on your strength, confidence, and comfort level. If you’d rather skip the flow, you can simply continue focusing on your regular practice and workout. 😉
