Jonah Wilson has done what was required. A P5 finish in the Worlds Warm-Up Nitro Buggy semi final at the 2026 Lonestar Challenge secures his transfer — and with it, a P6 starting position on the grid for the 60-minute final. The Sparko F8 is in the main event. The work continues, but Wilson’s got it.

Qualifying is complete in the Worlds Warm-Up Nitro Buggy class at the 2026 Lonestar Challenge. Jonah Wilson locks in P11 overall, Lee Setser P13, and Noha Ben Mohammed P14 three Sparko F8s qualified amongst the best nitro buggy drivers in the world. Today, all three take to the semi finals, where only six drivers from each semi advance to the 60-minute final. The stage is set. Stay tuned.

Q3 wraps up the qualifying stages of the Worlds Warm-Up Nitro Buggy class at the 2026 Lonestar Challenge. Jonah Wilson finishes the round in P8 with 17 laps in 10:04.224, and Lee Setser comes in at P11 with 17 laps in 10:08.686, both aboard the Sparko F8. When the dust settles on the full qualifying order, Wilson locks in P11 overall, Setser P13, and Noha Ben Mohammed P14. All three advance to the semi finals. Sparko Racing has its drivers exactly where they need to be.

Q2 results are in for the Worlds Warm-Up Nitro Buggy class at the 2026 Lonestar Challenge and Sparko Racing places two drivers inside the top ten. Jonah Wilson finishes P7 with 17 laps in 10:13.454, while Noha Ben Mohammed rounds out the session in P9 with 17 laps in 10:15.687. Two Sparko F8s. Two top-ten runs. The team is delivering.

Seeding results are in for the Worlds Nitro Buggy class at the 2026 Lonestar Challenge, and Jonah Wilson lands P4 with a best consecutive lap time of 1:44.831 across the 10-minute session. Fourth amongst the best nitro buggy pilots in the world is a statement in itself. The Sparko F8 is on pace where it matters. Up next is round one of qualifying!

Practice day at the 2026 Lonestar Challenge is well underway for Sparko Racing. The team is heads-down at Thornhill Racing Circuit, fine-tuning setups and working through tire testing as they extract every advantage the World Championship warmup weekend has to offer. The preparation is deliberate. The intent is clear.
