It prepares the mind to listen.
It prepares the ego to soften.
It prepares the body to learn.
Without humility, nothing enters.
Chanting is the first step of practice — not the last.
Before movement, there is surrender.

它提醒修行者在关系与社会角色中,避免无意识地索取、越界或将不属于自身的责任与资源据为己有。

Satya|真实(Truthfulness)
Satya 并非要求“绝对坦白”,而是指在表达与行动中,保持与内在真实的一致性。
真实意味着不以虚假、扭曲或迎合为基础行事,同时也需与 Ahimsa 相互平衡,避免因所谓“真实”而造成伤害。

The purpose of this theme is to build a better understanding on how your practice will lead you to the next phase of learning (further asana poses as well as how it affects your sensitivity on self observation)
The practice content will be a continuous sequencing connected to the next month focus.
You will receive your home practice sequence every month, and we will meet to discuss on your practice.
