7Days Fitness Malaysia is one of the largest fitness brands in Johor Bahru with over 5 branches reaching most of the popular areas in Johor Bahru. Established by a team of health motivated entrepreneurs in February 2011 at Taman Desa Tebrau Johor Bahru, 7Days Fitness has branched out rapidly with 4 additional clubs at Nusa Bestari, Permas Jaya, Taman Ungku Tun Aminah and Kulai within the next two years’ time.

7Days Fitness offers a unique lifestyle concept which provide lush yet comfortable space at affordable price for our members and customers to utilize. We aim to make working out more social and interactive as it not only attracts new members, but keeps them motivated to get fitter, healthier, and stay longer together. Collectively, our clubs run a total of 100 group fitness classes in a month. For us, fitness is no longer about losing weight, we promote it as a lifestyle. At 7Days Fitness Malaysia, we want to inspire people to step up with the fitness game whilst changing their lives into a better one. Whatever your motivation to start fitness journey is, be it to have more energy to keep up with your kids after long day of work, to get fit, lean, or bulk up, we provide you solutions with proven results.
