For Janice, Pilates is more than just movement — it’s a journey of discovering balance and connection within herself.

What started as a passion for Pilates gradually became a profession.

Now, she hopes to share that same experience with her clients: to move with intention, build strength, feel more connected to their bodies, and most importantly, find their own sense of balance.

Louana brings over 11 years of Pilates practice and teaching experience, including 2 years with Node. She also enjoys strength training and golf, which shapes her practical approach to movement.

Louana has a great understanding of what the body needs to stay strong and functional. She is always helping clients feel more capable and confident in their bodies.

Instructor Yrene has joined us since Oct 2025 ✨ Yrene brings a strong, energetic presence to every class, known for her high energy and detailed teaching style. Her dedication to her own practice and learning are evident, as she consistently challenges herself and continues to grow in her movement journey.

She finds fulfillment in seeing her students progress over time. Through Pilates, she strives to support each individual in building strength, enhancing posture, moving more efficiently, and gaining a deeper sense of body awareness and confidence.
