MVYSi KaiZen Legacy 2026 Competition! Amazing experience for our Judo and BJJ adults! We created a fair grappling ruleset that focuses on control, pins and submission! A great basis to any ground based Self Defense!

MVYSi KaiZen Legacy 2026 Competition! So much fun and such a great experience for all of our young competitors to experience competing against, and with Judo and JiuJitsu competitiors. The main focus of this competition is Self Defense and controlling one’s opponent. A very challenging rule set, but so rewarding!
