Our annual luncheon 🍱amongst our coaches. It truly is memorable creating competitions and rehearsing for performances💃🕺. Annual meetings like this reminds us of the good times we go through.

As we’re approaching the New Year, we hope everyone will have a great festive season with friends and family🧧🎆. Afterwards, we’ll burn all that festive calories with more training 🔥

We came across the idea of training together and get together as friends to share our experiences and knowledge. Shaping each other better in our athleticism and kung fu. For 5 days, we trained tirelessly hard, the pressure to endure eventually shapes us into diamonds for future competitions and overall getting better in our craft 🥋

Shoutout CMF Wushu Academy 张铭辉武术学院 for hosting the great training session, and VR Wushu Academy , Perak Ipoh Team, Kedah Team, KL wushu, and Rou Yi Wushu, for the awesome training session~ 🌟

From 19th of December to the 21st of December, we created a camp for the kung fu enthusiasts. This camp was more than just training.

By applying the knowledge gained from our Sport Science studies, combined with hands-on experience from training in China, we designed a structured program focused on performance, longevity, and mastery. Every drill, every repetition had a purpose.

To elevate the experience further, we invited our former national coach for a full day of intensive training—giving participants a rare opportunity to experience professional-level coaching, refined details, and the discipline that shapes true athletes. Seeing everyone around Johor gather around to share the same energy elevates the spirit of perseverance.

Two days in Nanjing, one powerful reminder. 🇨🇳🥋
Training at the Jiangsu Sports Bureau Training Centre and a private sports school showed us that wushu isn’t just about strength or explosive power — it’s about fundamentals, discipline, and precision refined every single day.

Witnessing how Chinese students train in the birthplace of kung fu was humbling and inspiring. From the basics to the details, every movement carries history, intention, and respect for the art.

On the 3rd of November, a few of us from the academy attended our Level 1 Sports Science course for our standardised sports coach certificate and to learn the fundamentals of what coaches should know when training students. It’s more than just planning out training schedules, it’s knowing what’s best for your students and their goals 🏅

A month of waiting and we’re proud to say that we’ve passed and earned our certificate!🥳 As our wushu academy expands, we hope to see what’s next in our wushu goals~ 🥋 Congrats too to the ones from their own clubs and communities! May your coaching journeys stride well🙌

Yesterday on 12th October, we congratulate our former student on his marriage with his wife Iris💍. As we remember the fun times together performing, and training— we gather together again to look back at those quirky and tough moments. We are all grateful for your special day and the beginning of your new chapter. May the two of you cherish your years together~
