Week 17 Legs done and dusted. So I took the past week and a half off and now continuing from where I left off. Why? Coz I didn't feel like it. 😂😂😂 That plus a recovering wrist kink, birthday and CNY festivities. But hey, everyone's entitled to not wanting to workout at some point. And that includes YOU. Yup, I meant you, my lovelies who's still reading my rant. It's ok to not wanna workout, just pick yourself up, dust yourself off and get back to it when you are ready. B**b and care bear sweat patches will always be there waiting for you. 😉
So all you fitches out there, go swag and do your thing how you like it. Ain't nobody got the right to tell you what you should be doing. Well except for Mom. Coz Mom is always right. 😅😅 PS: and for my boo

Week 9 Arms done!
Today was one of those crawl through days. Every 7mins there was a negotiation going on to the effect of:
😈 I'm done. This is way too much for today
😇 No you need to keep on doing
😈 Fugh that sh*te, I'm done!
😇 Oh no you're not. Move that butt woman!
And so it goes...you get the idea...
But I made it through, even though it took longer with more breaks and lots of cursing and swearing (sorry !), so fistbumps for myself! 👊 👊 👊

Just checking out my arsenal of workout equipment.😂 In the past 4 months of bbg I've amassed quite a collection as I generally workout at home. I don't have a gym membership coz they are so freaking expensive here and they are always too crowded. Buying the equipment is cheaper in the long run. So now I have a veritable home gym. Anyone else find themselves amassing a collection of sorts too?

for lunch today! Many friends have asked me if it isn't boring to be eating more or less the same thing everyday. Well it's not that bad. I don't do a whole week's meal prep and instead find time to prepare it daily. It just takes 30mins max. Switching up meats, sauces and cooking styles keep it interesting. And mostly it's just for lunch. Dinners will be dependent on if I'm home or out. Tagged fitties, share your meal preps!

Alright ladies, I'm back! Been a long hiatus away from social media generally as work schedule was crazy busy. So I'll be catching up on all the super belated tags over this weekend.

Yup I feel like I'm seeing double really. Had to reschedule Week 10 legs due to teaching and stuff and so it was arms yesterday, legs today and will be abs tomorrow. OMG. OMG! OMG!!!

That said, I'm truly amazed that I survived till Week 10. 2 more weeks to go and 1.0 will be completed. Holy moly! Many friends think that this workout is ap***it cray cray. And truth? I totally agree 😂😂

So to all you awesome out there, you all are absolutely amazing and I love you all!! 😍😍😍

2 more weeks and I'll post my transformation pic as promised previously to hahaha. Let me go find some (imaginary) balls first.😂😂😂

It's ! Got tagged by for a while back. So here it is! New mix of greens today - spinach, butterhead, baby oakleaf, corals, honey cherry tomatoes, with eggs, honey sesame marinated chicken and shaved honey ham. Yums!

Friday. Friyay! Every week by the time Friday's FBW comes along, I mostly feel like getting out of it. But after about 15mins lazing around in bed I eventually make myself get up. Why? Because I'm determined to finish all the way to Week 12 while doing it properly without missing or cheating. So here I am just done and all foam rolled out. Tagged girls, what about you?

In other news, got a new workout mat and it's seriously one of the best mats I've used ever! I'm in lurveeee 😍😍😝

This morning after Week 3 Arms and Abs. It's slightly easier now but still leaves me a sweaty mess after. Having my post workout recovery shake and my fav snack - pb cracker but this time only with grapes coz I ran out of other fruits. And a happy pick me up photo of one of my fav furkids!
