TLS Fitness is a subsidiary of TLS Group and has been operating since 2006 in Kajang is 40,000sqft in size, and is equipped with world class exercise equipments, large group exercise studios, swimming pool, sauna and steam, free carpark and etc. We provide a swimming pool, state-of-art-equipment, a wide range of Group Excercise and dance, and even personal training if you ever needed a quick result! There is also sauna, steam room with towel services, be sure you pay a visit to us for free trial!
