First day back at work — from home.
No rush-hour chaos.
No office noise.
Just a quiet room and a steady breath.
Starting again doesn’t always come with confidence. Sometimes it comes with uncertainty, mixed emotions, and a lot of self-talk. Today is one of those days.
Working from home feels like a gentle re-entry — space to focus, space to breathe, space to rebuild momentum at my own pace.
I’m not chasing perfection.
I’m choosing presence.
I’m choosing to show up — even if it’s quietly.
One task. One hour. One day at a time.
That’s enough for now.
Happy working, everyone.
Happy 2026.

Day 1 — Your Voice Isn’t Broken
You know that mini heart attack you get before speaking?
Yeah, same.
And before you say, “But you teach public speaking!” — exactly.
Even I still get nervous sometimes.
Confidence isn’t a switch… it’s a workout.
I thought today I’ll start motivating everyone who has this fear in them,
because trust me — you're not alone.
We’re going to do this together — one tiny brave step at a time.
Mini Step for Today:
Say your name confidently in the mirror.
Not mumbled.
Not “Hi, I’m—uh…”
Full clarity. Full breath.
“I am ________.”
Feels weird? Good. Growth always feels like wearing jeans fresh from the dryer.
Tomorrow, we level up.
For now: breathe, say your name, and don’t apologise for existing. 😌🎤

Exactly one year ago…
I was here. Sitting with an IV in my hand, unsure of what was happening inside me, unsure of what tomorrow would look like. I remember the fear, the fatigue, and that quiet moment of surrender — when you realize your body is no longer fully in your control.
It wasn’t just the drip, the needles, or the hospital smell… it was the silence in my own head, asking questions I didn’t have answers to.
Today, looking back, I feel nothing but gratitude. I’m still here. I’ve healed. And I’ve carried those lessons with me — about fragility, about slowing down, about how precious even the simplest days really are.
One year later, I don’t take health for granted. I don’t take time for granted. And I don’t take the people around me for granted.
Some scars don’t show on the skin — they live quietly in the memory, reminding us how far we’ve come.
💜 So here’s my reminder to you: don’t wait for a hospital bed to teach you what really matters. Love louder. Rest when you need to. Take care of your health. And never, ever take life for granted. XOXO

Happy Merdeka, Malaysia! 🇲🇾
Here’s to 68 years of independence (31 August 1957 → 2025).
A day to remember the struggles, sacrifices, and unity that brought us freedom—and a reminder to keep building a nation that’s strong, diverse, and full of heart.

Proud Teacher Moment
Just received this heartfelt message about Aidan, one of my students, who recently won first place in a storytelling competition!
But what truly makes me proud isn’t the win—it’s the journey. Watching Aidan grow, become more confident, and give his best effort has been so inspiring. His courage to step out of his comfort zone and shine in his own way is the real victory.
Moments like these remind me why I love what I do. To Aidan and all my students—you’re capable of amazing things, and it’s an honor to be part of your journey. ❤️
