A space of return — to your joy, your inner compass.

I walk alongside women who have achieved much but still feel the weight of “not enough.”
I don't teach you how to become stronger.I walk with you to reclaim the power and love already within you.

~It’s a transition. Not a tragedy~

Saw an FB Ad that promise to help Delay Manopause and it said you can decide the timing of your menopause!

WTF?

We women, born with all the eggs we will ever have.
Menopause is not something we delay or avoid — it’s something we rise into.

It’s a transition, just like puberty. Not a disease.
Not a failure.

We can’t control the weather.
We can’t control global politics.
But we can control how we respond, how we adapt, and how we ride the wave and feel the breeze.

Women, you’ve spent years carrying, caring, building — for others.
Maybe this is the season to return to yourself. (Even your body prep you for this!)

Don’t let fear-mongering ads steal your power.
Your body is wiser than any marketing campaign. Seriously!

Lately, as I've been training for my half marathon,
I've had a lot of thoughts swirling in my mind.

From feeling super confident, to doubting myself, to slowly finding my rhythm again…
Honestly, the whole process feels so much like chasing a dream or wish in real life.

So today, I wanted to share a few little reflections, captured in this carousel — my journey of learning to trust, to keep going, and to believe. 🧡

Real talk: It hasn’t been easy lately. (Not every training run feels like a win.)

I'm training for the KL City Day Half Marathon.
My goal?
Not speed. Not perfection.
Just to cross that finish line — with love, strength, and no regrets.

The past few weeks, I struggled.
Self-doubt.
Self-criticism.
Fear that I didnt “do my best”
Fear that I am “not meant for this”

Sound familiar?

Then, something shifted.

Coach Bennett reminded me:
“The past informs. The future inspires.
But now is where we change the story.”

I realized:
Every step forward, even the messy ones, counts.

Today, I ran for 2 hours.

Was it perfect? No.
Was it enough? Hell yes.

The real muscle I'm building isn’t just stamina — it’s self-trust.

If you're chasing a dream a goal a target right now:
☀️ Be kind to yourself.
☀️ Keep showing up.
☀️ Your pace doesn’t define your power.

We’re not racing anyone but ourselves.
And we’re already winning.

Every journey has its ups and downs.

Whether it's running a half marathon or chasing a wish close to your heart —you're doing better than you think.

If you've ever doubted yourself along the way,
I'd love to hear your story too.
Let's cheer each other on, one step at a time.

Innovation doesn’t have to be big.

It’s started from within you.

How can you innovate yourself?
How can you try new things,
think in new ways,
see new perspective,
or make small changes that help you grow and make your life more exciting?

Remember, it’s INnovation !

My 2025 is only just beginning in February after a professional relationship officially ended.

Which is an important life lesson for me and it was some OLD that need to be GONE!

With that closing, I can now create space for the new to take root, and grow.

We often act as like goals must begin in Januarya nd reflection is something we save for end-December

But life never move on a fixed schedule.

Everyone has their own seasons—growth, breakthroughs, recovery and restart, all has it own timing

Because time isn’t a straight line!

Our life isn’t measured by how much time we have, or how much we lost but by the unforgettable, meaningful moments we created and collected along the way.

My Hindsight album is my way of honoring those beautiful momentsbig or smallthat might otherwise be forgotten or taken for granted.

a fresh chapter is waiting for our magic touch
Let’s be bold enough to dream
brave enough to action
and joyful enough to dance through it all~

Happy 2025!

Reflections for 2024?
Resolutions for 2025?
They can SURELY wait😝

Right now,
I’m still in holiday mode 🤭
soaking in every moment of where I am, what I’m doing (and not doing)
and—most importantly—who I’m being.

Don’t get me wrong—looking back and planning ahead are important.
But what’s even more crucial is staying present.
Living consciously.
Fully embracing the now.

And let’s not forget: I actually reflect regularly, not just at the end of the year.

This isn’t a race
it’s a journey of living more intentionally
every single day

Cheers to that! 🍻
Wherever you are
may you find joy in this moment.
The rest will follow. 💕💕

This Christmas, let’s focus on the small wins and those tiny joyous moments that you have created or that your loved ones bring to you. Happy holiday & Have a great day!

During the ABC trek, there were so many times when I had no idea when we'd reach our destination.

We just kept walking, climbing those endless stairs.

But along the way, I noticed so many little moments that made the journey unforgettable—the terraced fields in the distance, the rushing creek, the waterfall, the ice-cold drops on my raincoat, my water bottle rolling out of my bag, the sheep running by, and even the way a dog would glance back at me.

And then there were the conversations and the laughs with our mates, the comforting aroma of food drifting through the air, and the unwavering support from our guides.

These tiny moments are the true color of the journey.

Sure, the destination matters, but if we focus too much on the end goal, we miss out on everything that makes the journey so special.

We all know where we’re headed, but it’s everything we experience along the way that gives life its meaning.

It got me thinking—how often do we chase after the next "big thing," thinking we’ll be happy once we hit that goal?

But not every goal gets reached, and even when we do achieve something, that excitement fades after a few hours (maybe a few days if we’re lucky!).

And before we know it, we’re right back in the cycle, chasing the next big thing.

So,
what about the moments in between?
The journey?
The now?

The truth is, the result was never the real point. It’s the journey itself.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

Every small moment along the way is what truly matters—they’re the pieces that stitch together the story of our lives.

And that’s something we should cherish.
