What a great start for our first-ever community run! πββοΈπββοΈ
Believe Fitness Community Fun Run 1.0 telah berjalan dengan jayanya dengan kehadiran sekitar 40β50 participants β satu permulaan yang sangat memberangsangkan walaupun ini adalah event pertama kami! πͺ
The response was amazing, and honestlyβ¦ ramai rupanya yang dahagakan aktiviti sihat & community vibes macam ni. Dengan semangat yang ditunjukkan, nampaknya ini bukan yang pertama dan terakhir ππ₯
Special thanks to Puan Diana Azliza from Malaysian Woman Runner, our inspiring ultrarunner, kerana sudi join larian santai bersama peserta sambil berkongsi running tips, pengalaman larian, serta sedikit βsecret trainingβ β iaitu kepentingan gym strength activity untuk improve running performance & injury prevention ποΈββοΈπββοΈ

Ramai ingat treadmill ni memang dicipta untuk gymβ¦
But actually, treadmill started around 1818 in England π³
Dulu ia dipanggil βtread-wheelβ dan digunakan di penjara sebagai alat hukuman. Banduan kena berjalan berjam-jam untuk jana tenaga bagi pam air dan mesin. π
Then around 1900s, treadmill mula digunakan dalam bidang perubatan untuk check heart condition dan stamina pesakit.
Masuk 1960s β 1970s, treadmill berkembang dan mula jadi mesin cardio moden bila fitness culture semakin popular seluruh dunia πͺπ₯

π 7:45 AM β 9:45 AM β Run starts until completion of 5 loop rounds
π 1 loop = 1KM
π¬ Participants who wish to continue running may keep going after the session. Those who wish to head to the gym may proceed to Believe Fitness KSL.
ποΈ Non-members are also welcome to visit the gym afterwards for a trial session!
