To ensure a fair booking experience for everyone, please note that Commercial Bookings are subject to different rates from our standard studio rental.

Any booking involving professional photography or videography equipment will be considered a Commercial Booking. This includes (but is not limited to):

✨ Lighting equipment
✨ Gimbals
✨ Camcorders
✨ Other professional filming gear
