About Kluang Half Marathon 2020 Refund
1. What happens to all Kluang Half Marathon 2020 registrations?
i. All registrations will be 100% refunded.

2. When can I get the refund?
Refund will be processed starting on 1 Oct 2021. Please allow 31 days for the refund to be reflected into your account.

3. How do I get the refund?
You need to provide the required details at FB messages (banking details) before the refund to be taken place.

To all participants of Kluang Half Marathon 2020:
Due to the fact that the pandemic is still not improving, the committee members have decided to call off the Kluang Half Marathon 2020. As an event organizer, this cancellation decision is really hard and difficult to make. After consultations with all relevant stakeholders, it is our responsibility to make sure that all the participants are free from infecting Covid-19. We are not able to guarantee everyone’s safety if we proceed with the Kluang Half Marathon 2020 event.
We shall refund all payments made earlier. We are currently trying to sort out the refund methods and details. We hope to complete all refund by 2023.
Thank you to all of our runners, for your support and understanding at this time. We realise that there will be many questions with regards to the cancellation, we will post the FAQ section on our website to address this.
