Here’s the official Day 1 Physical Assessment Layout.

Participants will rotate through seven testing stations designed to evaluate different aspects of athletic performance.

① Standing Vertical Jump
② Standing Broad Jump
③ Push-Up Test
④ Core Strength Test
⑤ T-Test
⑥ 30-Meter Sprint
⑦ Beep Test

Please arrive on time and follow the instructions provided by the coaching staff throughout the assessment process.

Prepare well. Give your best effort.
